  If you find yourself in a situation where you are in need of an experienced criminal attorney, then I would recommend you choose Tim Harrington. Tim Harrington is a professional, conscientious, intelligent, patient, respectful, and compassionate attorney. Yes, he is one of the “good guys” and you want him in YOUR corner. My husband found himself falsely accused of very serious crimes, when he was protecting our daughter from an evil, violent, abusive man, who had repeatedly beaten and strangled her. ( The abusive man just recently pled guilty to beating another young woman!). This abusive man’s well-honed manipulation skills were used to convince the prosecutor that he was an innocent victim. Shockingly, the prosecutor bought his lies and decided to pursue a case against my husband, who was trying to protect our daughter and defend himself. Attorney Harrington was able to read, study, and absorb the multitude of evidence, depositions, police reports, etc. in both the case against my husband and the long and varied criminal cases against the abusive man. He was able to untangle the many lies and inconsistencies found and present the facts in an organized, coherent, and poignant manner to the jury. Attorney Harrington takes the time he needs to make sure he does his very best to help defend and protect you. Attorney Harrington takes his responsibility seriously; he is the attorney you want to defend you.

  I am truly grateful for Attorney Tim Beaupre, he helped save my life. My seemingly routine worker’s compensation case had become an extremely complicated situation. I was having serious health issues including three surgeries in five years and sudden onset of seizures. My original attorney turned out to not be versed with some issues of my case; I had no choice but to terminate him. I was unable to work, used up my savings, going deeper into debt as I dealt with my health issues. I felt hopeless and thought all was lost.
